PROPERTIES was founded by its Principal Mr. Michael Thiruchelvam Sebastian. Mr. Sebastian has himself been involved in the Real Estate business since 1978 working for various real estate agencies the last being a Chartered Surveyor, Valuer, Appraiser & Real Estate Agent before starting his own Agency in 1982.
